At UK Drug Testing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, making sure to keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
